Information we collect

We collect information submitted by security-team applicants and members, including names, contact information, availability, training records, duty activity, and information needed to administer the volunteer security program.

How we use information

Information is used to review volunteer applications, manage team access, coordinate duty assignments, track required training, deliver operational and safety notices, and maintain appropriate security records.

Text messaging

If you separately opt in, Masjid Muhammad Security may send recurring, non-marketing operational text messages such as Friday duty sign-in reminders, required-training reminders, volunteer staffing assignments, and security-duty schedule changes. Message frequency varies, typically up to six messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Mobile-information protection

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be provided only to service providers that help us deliver and operate the messaging service, or when disclosure is required by law. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other sharing.

Data protection and retention

Access is limited to authorized personnel. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and retain information only as long as needed for team operations, safety, legal obligations, and recordkeeping.

Your choices

Text-message consent is voluntary and is not a condition of volunteering. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. Account and record questions can also be directed to the security leadership through your masjidsecure.com account.

Service providers

All Out Techs LLC provides technology services for this program on behalf of Masjid Muhammad Security. Twilio and other necessary infrastructure providers may process limited information solely to operate the service.
